Overall Assessment: Sharp Health Plan does a poor job of making files accessible and formatting for consumption. They link to an internal network drive, which is obviously inacessible. In addition, the files that are accessible link to providers that don't exist and even for ones that do, provider refernces are in separate files which make gaining insights extremely tedious. Shart Health Plan is not complying in the spirit of Transaprency regulations.
